(“Singlado”, “the app”, “we”) collects, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Who we are
Singlado is a music streaming application. The app communicates with the
Singlado backend service hosted at https://singlado.top.
Account information (provided by you).
- Email address and a display name, used to create and manage your account and
to sign you in.
- Password: stored only as a salted cryptographic hash; we never store or see
your plaintext password.
- If you sign in with Google (“Continue with Google”), we receive from Google a
verified email address and your basic profile name. We do not receive your
Google password.
Content you create in the app (tied to your account).
- Playlists you create, tracks and artists you mark as favorites, and your
listening history. This lets your library and history sync across your devices.
Purchase information.
- If you buy the premium (ad‑free) upgrade, the purchase is processed by Google
Play Billing. We receive a purchase token to activate your entitlement; we do
not receive or store your payment card details.
Advertising information.
- The free version of the app shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may access
your device’s advertising identifier (Advertising ID) and related
information to serve and measure ads. See Google’s policies in Section 5.
Technical information.
- When the app contacts our backend, our servers process standard request data
(such as IP address and app version) to operate and secure the service. We send
account verification / one‑time codes by email through our email provider.
We do not collect your precise location, your contacts, your photos, or files
from your device.
- To create and operate your account and sign you in.
- To provide core features: search, playback, playlists, favorites, and history
sync.
- To process the optional premium purchase and apply your entitlement.
- To display and measure advertising in the free version.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
4. Legal basis & retention
We process account and content data to perform the service you request. We keep
your account data while your account exists; you may delete your account (see
Section 7), after which we delete or anonymize associated personal data, except
where we must retain limited records for legal or security reasons.
5. Third‑party services
Singlado relies on these providers, each with its own privacy policy:
- Google Play Services / Google Sign‑In — authentication.
- Google Play Billing — purchases.
- Google AdMob — advertising (uses the Advertising ID). Google’s policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy . You can learn about ad personalization
and opt out in your device settings (see Section 6).
- Resend — transactional email delivery (verification / one‑time codes).
6. Your choices
- Ads / Advertising ID: you can reset or limit your Advertising ID, and opt
out of ad personalization, from your Android device settings
(Settings → Privacy → Ads). Buying the premium upgrade removes ads.
- Account data: you can view and change your playlists, favorites, and
history in the app.
- Sign‑in method: you may use email/password or Google.
7. Deleting your account and data
To delete your account and the personal data associated with it, contact
singlado.music@gmail.com from your account email, or use the in‑app account
deletion option where available. We will delete your account data within a
reasonable period, subject to the retention exceptions in Section 4.
8. Children
Singlado is not directed to children under the age required by your country’s
law to consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect data from such
children.
9. Security
Passwords are hashed; traffic to our backend uses HTTPS. No method of
transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to
protect your information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above will change. Material
changes will be communicated in the app or by email where appropriate.
